Local HouseBuilder - Once properties are completed, we go in and clean from top to bottom, ensuring all dust, small debris, evidence of builders are removed, leaving all surfaces clean, spotless, fresh smelling ready for the best possible impression for sale in this demanding housing market.
We also offer to clean following an installation of new bathrooms or kitchens, to remove dust, small builders waste, to give your professional finish the best chance to shine!
Movers In/Out (both rented and sold) - We offer a cleaning service for movers - we attend the property once all furniture has been removed and clean from 'Top 2 Toe', saving you the hassle cleaning on top of packing. We can likewise clean a property you are moving into, before you move furnture in we can clean from 'Top 2 Toe', leaving you free to unpack your belongings without having to clean first.
Housing Associations/Council/Landlords - We are used by several Housing Associates for their housing stocks, within the local area to carry out our standard cleaning programmes, after all repair works are carried once a tenant has left.
For several of our clients we can arrange to collect keys either from the estate agents / landlord and can return them once completed
